Mr. Yang Shanlin is a professor of Hefei University of Technology, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and an expert of Management Science and Information System Engineering. He is mainly engaged in the research of intelligent decision-making theory and technology, information system theory and technology, development strategic planning and system management theory, and has achieved innovative results in the combination of theory and practice. Prof. Yang won 2 second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, 6 first prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, and 1 first prize of the Natural Science Award by the Ministry of Education. He has published five academic works and more than 400 papers in major journals and international conferences at home and abroad.
