Martin Schneider entered the cement industry in 1991, engaging in work related to environmental protection and sustainable development. He has been the Chief Executive of VDZ since January 1st, 2000. Over more than 20 years, he has further developed VDZ into a knowledge center of the cement and concrete industry, providing services for the whole construction value chain. He also serves as a strategic advisor for many cement companies worldwide.
