Mr.Mingjie Sui,National Master of Engineering Design and Geotechnique Investigation,Enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council. He has presided over, been responsible for and participated in more than 400 scientific research, development and engineering design projects, and won 40 national and provincial awards, including the second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress for the development and engineering application of key technologies and equipments for the production of new dry-process cement, which he accomplished as the main person in charge.
