Cai Yu-Liang: Doctor of Engineering, Senior Engineer, Registered Chemical Engineer. He has been awarded titles such as "Model Worker of Central Enterprises", "National Engineering Survey and Design Master", "Chinese Outstanding Engineer"; he enjoys special allowances; he is a member of the Cement Department of the China Building Materials Federation, the Chief Senior Technical Expert of the Cement Association. Technical advisor of Sinoma and China Building Materials Equipment Group; Long-term engaged in the research, development, design, and engineering application of high- thermal chemical reaction engineering technology innovation. He has made outstanding contributions to the country's construction and has won several national and provincial-level science & technology progress and engineering design first prizes. He has published more than 160 papers and co-authored 5 books
