Femi holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Ilorin， Nigeria and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University， Evanston， USA. He now serves as the Global Manager for Manufacturing and Trade Supplier Finance at IFC， responsible for the development and implementation of IFC’s Manufacturing interventions focusing on decarbonization solutions， strengthening supply chain and development of regional manufacturing clusters. In his current role， he leads a team overseeing more than $4.5 billion annual investments in manufacturing and trade supplier finance across a diverse range of industries， including cement， steel， and glass manufacturing.
